At Atlantic Aquatics Academy we believe it is our mission to use our God-given ability to serve our community by equipping our swimmers with a solid aquatics foundation through teaching PediaSwim. God has given us an eye-opening perspective about drowning-related deaths. It is our desire to teach as many students as possible how to navigate in the water with fun and safety.
Each instructor at Atlantic Aquatics Academy has been carefully chosen. Instructors love what they do and enjoy working with a mixed variety of student skill levels. Our instructors have all been successfully certified through the PediaSwim program through Southwest Aquatics in Orlando Florida. Each instructor is also certified in Adult and Pediatric First Aid CPR/AED by the American Red Cross.
What is PediaSwim?
PediaSwim is a comprehensive infant swimming instructor certification program teaching infants and toddlers to swim-float-swim for fun and safety. In three to five weeks children learn to swim facedown, kicking in the correct posture, and then rolling to a calm float, then flipping back over to a propulsive swim.
PediaSwim is a fantastic choice for discriminating individuals who want the best for their children. PediaSwim provides gentle, and very effective lessons, teaching infants and toddlers to swim and float independently for fun and safety.
