Shipping policy

Orders will be processed as soon as possible upon receipt before shipping. All sales are final.

Please double-check your address carefully when placing an order. We do not issue refunds or reship orders where addresses have been incorrectly entered upon ordering.

Atlantic Aquatics Academy LLC is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of the following: shipments being returned to the freight location, being undeliverable as a result of incorrect or incomplete address information, for inability of a recipient to receive the package delivered to the intended address, or for theft of a package once it has been delivered to the intended address.

We wish we could assure proper handling and prompt receipt for packages once they have been delivered to the correct mailing address by the third-party carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS), but this is out of our control. We are also unable to control extreme weather conditions that may delay a package already in transit. Please be advised that if your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address you provided, you will not be refunded (including shipping charges).
